Had air conditioned and neat room with separate bathroom and a refrigerator, coffee/tea making machines and a seating area. I greatly enjoyed a sea view, an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing and great, the check in was quick.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly honest and I was amazed when they returned my wife's cellphone that we had left behind. They went above and beyond, and it really made our day. Another great aspect was the live band playing in the bar area, which added a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere to our stay. The location was also convenient, with a lovely deck and bar area for relaxing.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

The restaurant serves excellent food, the breakfast has a lovely view, and there are certain coffees available; this place has a stunning location, just a short distance to everywhere.

We had a perfect romantic getaway with amazing complementary champagne and chocolates. the location was ideal for a relaxing holiday as it was close to the beach and many local restaurants. the gardens were stunning and well-tended, adding to the overall beauty of the property.

While the rooms were clean, some aspects were outdated like the linen and towels.

Registration and support, condition of room at entry, maintenance standards of room, location (previously river view), stairwell was always dirty with rat droppings.

The setting overlooking the lagoon was wonderful and the service of our waiter during our evening meal was exceptional.

The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel is diverse and satisfying, catering to different tastes and preferences.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was taken care of, from the basic amenities provided in the room to the friendly and attentive service throughout my visit. Additionally, the location of the hotel was a major highlight. Situated in a beautiful garden, the hotel provided a peaceful and serene environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Although my room did not boast a direct view of the beach, it was just below a unit with a similar view, ensuring that I could still enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. The hotel also had a convenient fridge in the room, allowing me to store refreshments as needed. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was outstanding. A wide variety of delicious options were offered, ensuring that I started my day on a high note.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience.
